www.redesignproperties.com This is Ustream’s Los Angeles office space located at 6725 Sunset Blvd. What you are looking at is the previous tenants office and furniture layout. My company, Redesign Properties, was brought on to design and remodel approximately 2400 sq.ft. of usable commercial space. The goal is to create a project budget, redesign the existing space, and source and install office furniture all within 30 days. Once the space plans and budget are approved, Redesign will coordinate and manage the construction and furniture installation team. A successful designer of homes and office interiors in Washington DC and Los Angeles, Deborah had just relocated to Corona del Mar, CA when her husband Dean discovered in a book about angels a brief description of the Amesha Spentas that appeared as emanations of light from a loving God. With no art training, Deborah literally picked up a brush and began painting. What sprang forth was a series of giant goddesses, angels nearly seven feet tall, some in triptych spanning seven feet wide. “I literally felt as if God was holding my hand as I painted,” she says. Art critics have traded skepticism for celebration, calling her work “enchanting; ancient images with antique faces; seven emanations of Light who keep the world in harmony.” Deborah and Dean now live in Harmony, California where she runs the Deborah Brooks Gallery; a world of inspiration, magic, enchantment, and exquisite art. After spending 20 years as a successful actor in both television and film, and having developed two theaters in Hollywood, starring in, directing and producing in each, and having become a Sensei with an honorary third degree in the Martial Art of Kenpo, Dean can safely be considered a true renaissance man. TV ad for a New York based plastic surgeon. The video was shot with Sony EX-1 (720p at 24fps) with a “Letus Extreme”. Later, in post, some on screen graphics were added (logos, addresses, etc.). The video was also downconverted. I decided to upload this clean HD version to demonstrate the magnificent power of EX-1 as well as medical office interiors that were all done with the use of chroma-key.
